We are dedicated to making your stay in Venice a memorable one! We take care in placing you in the most suitable apartment to your preferences and needs and will do all we can to make your stay in Venice a wonderful experience.

Upon booking an apartment with us, you will receive detailed instructions and directions from airport, train, by car etc, which will be helpful with arriving into the city. You will receive valuable information on the public transportation system, Venice Card tickets, how to use telephones from the airports, changing money etc. Once you arrive to your agreed upon point of pick up in Venice, you will be met by one of our representatives and taken to your apartment. At that time, he or she will point out various shops, supermarkets, banks etc, that may be helpful to you during your stay. After showing you to your apartment, we will make sure you understand how everything within it works including the machines, keys, heater/a.c. etc. We will also provide you with a map of the city along with other brochures of events going on and give you an overview of the city and its attractions, public transportation system and helpful hints to save you money and time.

Dealing directly with our clients helps us provide you with the perfect apartment rental for your vacation.

Host accompaniment from the nearest boat stop to the apartment is included in the price of your rental. If you wish to be met at the airport, there is a fee for this service. In addition, arrivals after 8:00 pm to the meeting point, are subject to late fees. You can feel confident and comfortable knowing that you are in good hands with us.

We also offer the following: Babysitting, Introductory tours, Food shopping Service, Daily Maid Service, Murano and Burano factory tours, Cooking classes.

We just got back from Venice and had a superb time. We found Venice Rentals in the Frommers Italy book where they were listed as "a Real Find". We couldn't agree more! We got a very nice apartment for an great price. The apartment was very modern and clean but had the original wood beam ceilings and lots of character. This was my fourth visit to Venice, having previously stayed at the Cipriani and San Clemente Palace, however, with a large party to pay for, an apartment seemed the only sensible solution. I am glad I chose Venice rentals. They are a thorougly professional company, with customer care at the hearth of their operations. From the time of booking to the departure after our stay, they provided a complete yet unobtrusive service, with lots or helpful advice and extras only normally obtained through the concierge or a good hotel. The apartment itself was true to the description given on their website. If rental companies were classified in the same way as hotels, this one is undoubtedly five star and I would not hesitate in recommending it to any discerning traveller. David
